Did not lose any weight last week :( I am still 202 lbs. Totally bummed :(
I’ve spent the last 50 days eating healthy, completely vegan. This is the longest I’ve been able to hold down a healthy habit in the last 5 years. I’d be lying if I didn’t say I wasn’t completely happy with the fact that I’ve not incorporated exercise into these 50 days. I can’t get these 50 days back and I could have done more. I need to be loosing more than 5 pounds in 50 days. Considering I have so much to loose and life is so short I can’t spend one more day inactive. I want to make a difference in my life, in the world and I can’t do that when I’m 100 pounds overweight. I feel like I’m a rock at the bottom of the ocean. I’m trying so hard to float. I just hope the next 50 days are twice as successful as the first 50 were.

Lost 6 pounds since December 26th!!!! Haven’t even exercised, only gone vegan. Can’t wait to see more pounds fly off when I start working out!! 42 days feels like a long time though and I was hoping to loose more at this point but not working out is a major issue I need to tackle.
